Molecular Research Center is pleased to introduce the new Super Hyb™Kit (cat. no. SK 116 or SK 116F) for use in northern, Southern and dot-blot hybridizations. In extensive laboratory tests, the Super Hyb Kit out performed all commercial and non-commercial hybridization systems while allowing for faster and simpler procedures. Use of the Super Hyb Kit results in strong hybridization signals on clean and spot-free northern or Southern blots.

THIS NEW PRODUCT PROVIDES SEVERAL ADVANTAGES:

detection of rare mRNA in total RNA
elimination of poly A⁺ RNA isolation
low binding of probe to non-target sequences
low background
works with radioactive and non-radioactive detection methods

THE SUPER HYB KIT INCLUDES TWO SOLUTIONS:

The High Efficiency Hybridization System (with or without formamide, cat. nos. HS 114 and HS114F) which blocks nonspecific binding of probes and dramatically enhances signal intensity.
The Washing & Pre-Hyb Solution (cat. no. WP 117) effectively removes background radioactivity and allows both pre- and post-hybridization washes to be performed at room or elevated temperatures.
